Your role & responsibilities
As an intern, you will participate in the strategy and development of our recruiting, learning & development, operations and finance practices. You will focus on one of these areas, depending on your interests and skills.
We value creativity, so your ideas will contribute to our growth. You will be given more responsibility as you progress, and once you are up to speed, you will be able to take on some of our projects and test your leadership skills.
Are you eager to learn? Do you have a proactive mindset? We are looking for an intern to join the HR & Operations team who can meet the following responsibilities:
Promoting job vacancies on multiple platforms to attract talents.
Coordinate the recruitment process: screening CVs, scheduling & conducting interviews.
Onboarding and off-boarding processes.
Plan & conduct team building activities.
Work on vacancy posts alongside the marketing team.
Improve our internal communication by increasing efficiency throughout our communication channels such as Slack and Miro
Build flowcharts to improve our way of working
Assist in project management and planning (using tools such as Slack, Google Drive and Miro)
What we are looking for

You are a bachelor’s / master's student preferably in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or other related courses.
You have excellent verbal and written skills in English
You are flexible and thrive in a startup environment.
You are highly organized and have no problem respecting timelines and meeting deadlines.
You can work independently as well as in a team.
You have a can-do attitude towards challenges and love learning new skills.
You have a strong sense of ownership and a proactive mindset.
